यो क्याम्पस नेपालको पूर्वी भाग कोशी अञ्चल मोरङ जिल्लाको पूर्व-पश्चिम लोकमार्गको कानेपोखरी देखी ५ कि. मि. दक्षिण साबिक केरौन/बयरबन गा. वि. स. को बीच भाग हाल कानेपोखरी गा. पा. वडा नं. ५ को भौसाबारीमा अवस्थित जनस्तरबाट सञ्चालित वि. स. २०४८मा त्रि. वि. वाट सम्बन्धन प्राप्त गैर नाफामुलक एक सामुदायिक क्याम्पस हो। ग्रामिण क्षेत्रका गरिब किसान आदिवासी मधेसी र विपन्न वर्गमा शिक्षाको पहुँच पुर्याउन शिक्षाको विकास गर्नका लागि कम शुल्कमा सेवा पुर्याउने उद्देश्य राखी तमाम जनताको सहयोगबाट स्थापना भएको एक सेवामुखी क्याम्पस हो ।
